Leading residence in Milan since 2007

The history of Residence 2Gi in Milan began in 2007 when Mr Gianfranco De Angeli decided to recover an industrial area of the 60s in Milan and use it as accommodation.

The apartments have been renovated over the years and are periodically refurbished to make the guests’ experience complete and more responsive to their needs. Attention to detail is our way of being.

The director, Maria Luisa De Angeli, coordinates a staff of four people: two receptionists and two housekeeping staff.

Over the years the residence has confirmed and expanded its collaboration with local companies and with the Politecnico di Milano based in Bovisa, a few steps from the structure.

Our mission is to offer apartments equipped with all comforts, welcoming our guests making them feel at home.

The apartments can be rented for one night only, for a working day in smart working as well as for a whole year with the possibility of renewal. The staff is always ready to respond to the housing needs of each customer.
